Observe their strange culture
Did you know that Florida has its own embassy in Washington? I suppose it makes sense, seeing as that they have their own unique election system that bears no resemblance to our own.

Quebec also maintains a string of "Embassies" around the world. The one in New York is about a block away from the Canadian Consulate. The DC outpost is technically a part of the Ministry of Tourism instead of the Ministry of International Affairs, but if you're interested, it's at 17th and L.
