"The law of gravity is racist."

To follow up on a late-night conversation at Brickskeller, I present actual Marion Barry quotes.

Enjoy.

Speaking of Brickskeller, are the waitresses there extra-hot because they're attractive, or because they talk to you about beer (of which they are extremely knowledgeable) and then bring it to you?

They're hot to begin with, and then they serve you Erdinger Weissbier and "twirl" the bottle, for lack of a better word. There's nothing sexier than that.

It's to evenly distribute the unfiltered solids from the bottom of the bottle.

I'm aware of what it's for. I'm just saying that it's incredibly sexy to see a hot girl do that to a beer bottle.

Girls who know lots about beer are hot I guess, but there's that one waiter who kinda looks like Heath Ledger who's more my speed.

so, this seems to indicate that men like women who drink beer. but i've also heard that men prefer women who drink girlie drinks. discuss.

As female wrestling and powderpuff football has shown, guys like girls who like stuff guys like but girls usually don't. It requires them to do less accomidating.

On the other hand, guys also like girls just because they're girls, so they prefer the football and beer to be done daintily, in makeup.

Claim: Washington, D.C. mayor Marion Barry said lots of really dumb things.
Status: Mostly false.

"You really need to research things before you post them" too.
