I dunno - never been. But it looked like some sort of pasta in a cream sauce, so I can only guess... And I'm way too young to have a cardiologist, I'll have you know.

I was there last night, and ordered one of the pizzas. Arucola in Chevy Chase (over by the Avalon) has much better pizza. Maybe the pasta dishes at Sette are better than the pizzas, though. The decor is great. The service was mediocre, but not bad.
