It's good to know the blocks where I live has two of the worst accident producing intersections in the city.

Go Carol Schwartz, for calling the camera exactly what they are; a way for the city to tax drivers.

right, because speeding is never the cause of highway accidents.... stop speeding, you crazy moonies! or live with the consequences. which are death, injury or a fine. got it?

I would be loathe to call NY Ave a highway at any point except at its end. I would think the ratio of highways to roads in the district would be something along the lines of about 1:1000.

Most likely end effect of speeding: Getting to your destination sooner.
