I just biked halfway across the city in bright yellow plastic rain pants. Consequently my lower extremities are toasty and dry. This was the wrong day to find out my jacket is only "water resistant".
Did you see the flooding in front of Union Station??

Nope, I missed it - came in from the other direction today. But the usual areas were flooded up in NW. Also of note: I have four umbrellas, none of which were at home when I left this morning. So all I need to do is retrieve them from the trunk of my car for the sun to come out.
